New Insurance Information

Zulene's LLC has been approved for Tri Care Prime annual exams.  Under this program you do not have to receive permission from your PCM and there is no co-pay.  Just call 907 688 0901.

Zulene's LLC has also been approved as a Blue Cross preferred provider.

Zulene's LLC has been receiving some reimbursement for the use of Botox for relief of migraine headaches.  Schedule an appointment so that we can discuss this. 

Are you ready for a disaster?

Where do you store your disaster supplies?  Are they in a home where you might not be able to get to them if the building collapses?  Thing about having some emergency supplies away from your home - maybe in a greenhouse or a small storage building that would be easier to get to. 

Be sure you have your medical supplies handy and a list of your current medications.  The emergency medical system is accustomed to looking in your refrigerator.  RVers us this method.

Do you know what ICE is?

ICE stands for Incase of Emergency.  Enter your emergency contact in your phone as ICE Will or whoever you would want to be called if you were found unresponsive.
